Registering a Company in Slovenia

 

Any foreign legal or natural person may establish and register a company in Slovenia (e.g. limited liability company Ltd.) by signing the Articles of Association. We consult on company formation procedure in Slovenia and fully support our client with administrative formalities. We can also carry out activities for the client upon authorization.

Option 1:
